Therapy in Russian

As someone who shares your background, I understand the unique cultural and emotional experiences that come with living between cultures and worlds.

Whether you're navigating cultural adjustments, family dynamics, intergenerational communication, or the complexities of bicultural identity, I offer therapy in Russian to help you express yourself fully and explore the issues that matter most to you.

Does My Insurance Cover Counselling?

If you have extended health care benefits (such as Blue Cross, Sun Life, or another provider), you likely have some coverage for counselling with a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your specific coverage. Many providers list coverage details on their websites.

After each session, I’ll provide you with a receipt that includes all the necessary information for reimbursement, as required by your insurance provider.
